Our Events
We use our extensive network to find guest speakers who can enrich our learning environment and give us a unique insight into their field that cannot be found in textbooks. Events include panel discussions with industry leaders, in-company events with the likes of McKinsey & Company, and social functions to encourage networking among our members.

On Monday, April 14th, 2025, Bocconi Students Private Equity Club had the pleasure of hosting the conference: “𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬”, organized in collaboration with Corporate Law Academy.
It was an invaluable opportunity to explore the evolving landscape of cross-border transactions, focusing on the dynamics shaping today’s global dealmaking — from regulatory complexities to the strategic drivers behind transnational investments.

BSPEC had the privilege of hosting Lorenz Jüngling (Co-CEO, Moonfare) and Niccolò Ferragamo (Co-CEO & Co-Founder, Heritage Holdings) for an in-depth discussion on the evolution of alternative investments and digital investment platforms. The session was moderated by Professor Laura Zanetti (Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi).
The conversation offered institutional-grade insight into how private market access is being redefined — from the role of investment platforms in democratizing PE exposure to the rise of PE mega-funds increasing their diversification of investment strategies.
